It is so easy to make home-brewed cookies!

If you love caramel and pretzels, you make to give these cookies a go. You may find yourself attached them more than any different cookie formula. Absolutely not kidding.

These salt-cured caramel cookies are a trifle crisp around the edges, but so wooly and chewy towards the center. They are everything you would expect and much more!

The recipe is pretty simple and asking for staple ingredients when baking cookies (flour, butter, brown sugar/ sugar, eggs, hot soda and plain essence) addition caramel candies and some crushed pretzels.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and line two cookie sheets with baking paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt and set by.
